The Home Depot® Mexican National Team Gift with Purchase Program

Offer valid from 9/15/09 through 10/15/09

Gift with purchase program is available to all legal U.S. residents of the forty-eight (48) continental United States of America and the District of Columbia over the age of majority in their state of residence that make an after tax purchase of seventy five dollars ($75 USD) or greater; one hundred and fifty dollars ($150 USD) or greater; and/or three hundred and fifty dollars ($350 USD) or greater. Void in all other jurisdictions and where prohibited or restricted. Offer subject to all applicable laws.

This offer is valid only on purchases made between 9/15/09 and 10/15/09. Redemption requests must be received online no later than 11:59pm EST on 10/15/09 or by mail-in which must be received no later than 11:59pm EST on 10/24/09. Please call 1-800-983-6436 for any redemption inquiries or to check on the status of your redemption.

Consumers that make a successful rebate submission will have the choice to receive:

• For purchases of seventy five dollars ($75 USD) or greater:
  • – One (1) Adidas® soccer ball
• For purchases of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150 USD) or greater:
  • – One (1) Mexican National Team Soccer T-Shirt or
  • – One (1) Adidas® soccer ball
• For purchases of three hundred and fifty dollars ($350 USD) or greater:
  • – One (1) Mexican National Team Official Long Sleeve Jersey or
  • – One (1) Mexican National Team T-Shirt or
  • – One (1) Adidas® soccer ball

Consumers will be asked to fill in the required information completely and accurately. Efforts will be made to accommodate all requests, but prizes are available only while supplies last. Redemptions received on-line after 11:59pm EST on 10/15/09 or by mail-in after 11:59pm EST on 10/24/09 are not entitled to any gifts, compensation or substitute items.

Requests for redemption must be:

• The redemption form must be filled out in its entirety as requested on the document

INCOMPLETE AND/OR INCORRECTLY SUBMITTED REDEMPTION FORMS WILL BE REJECTED. Theft, diversion, reproduction, sale or purchase of the redemption form or sales receipt is prohibited. Limit one (1) request per person. Duplicate requests will not be honored and will become the property of The Home Depot®. Requests from organizations, groups or post office boxes will not be honored.This offer is available to legal residents of the United States of America who are at least 18 years of age at the time of submission.
